However, given that she has not been diagnosed with this condition, I can authoritatively conclude by saying that she is acting unethically. Ethical issues involving minors has become a contentious issue in the world today. An act can be described legal but unethical. Legally, the 16-year old girl should not be put on the pill, but what remains a puzzle is whether the doctor’s action is ethical or not.
